Barge Port Reporter
Fleet monitoring and sailing hours, verified
Verify port dues, terminal calls and berths on the basis of verified AIS data. Real-time tracking, automatic port-visit logging and a digital sailing log — it started as a tool to verify port dues and grew into a fleet-monitoring platform.
Stop detection runs server-side and knows what it sees: anchoring, mooring or drifting, linked to the right port via a geofence you draw on the map yourself. Shifts within a single terminal are not counted as separate ports. Arrival and departure times come from the position timestamps, not from the moment of detection — so no more errors around midnight.
On top of that, a complete Dutch working-hours engine (modes A1, A2, NVT, with the 14- and 18-hour limits, rest times and block hours), fleet-wide compliance reporting, and export to Excel or CSV in Dutch or English — office-ready.
What it does
- Real-time AIS tracking of your whole fleet on the map
- Smart stop detection: anchoring, mooring or drifting, tied to self-drawn geofences
- Arrival and departure from position timestamps — accurate around midnight
- Full Dutch working-hours engine (A1, A2, NVT) with rest and block times
- Fleet-wide compliance reporting and Excel/CSV export (NL or EN)
For charterers who want to track chartered tonnage live, planners who no longer need to call and ask “are you there yet?”, and skippers who must account for their own sailing hours.
